Forward Pages to a Cell Phone

Call the page operator (call operator then ask to be transferred to the page operator) and ask them to have all of your pages forwarded to your cell phone.
I Lost My Pager
Step 1: Forward pages to your cell phone (see above)
Step 2: Order a new pager (procedure varies based on your primary employer)
Parkland-paid residents
- Call the HelpDesk at 214-590-5999 and submit a ticket and then telecommunication will replace the pager.
- If you're at Parkland and it's during business hours (8:00am-5:00pm), visit the Pager Support Office (see above)
- Make sure you inform the Chief on Call you lost your pager and notify them of the new number
- When you have your new pager, be sure to call the page operator to STOP the page forwarding to your cell phone.
Step 3: Once you physically have a new pager, if your pager number changed, you'll need to update your paging information in all databases.
- Parkland: Update your contact information in UKG (formerly PeopleSoft)
- CUH: Follow the directions outlined here (you must do this yourself!)
- VA: Lynne Anderson () to get your information updated at the VA
- Please inform the Chief on Call so that we can help you to update your information in QGenda and MedHub
